Next Exit is published by Car Jimmy, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Next Exit app for iPhone, iPad and Android handles, and what we do with it. The short version: we do not collect personal information about you.
When you look up an interstate, the app sends the route, direction of travel and the states you choose to our server (nextexit.online) so it can send back the exit listing. Like most web servers, ours may keep routine logs of these requests, which can include the network (IP) address the request came from. We use these logs only to keep the service running and to understand which routes are used. They are not linked to your identity, not sold, and not shared with anyone.
Listings you have viewed are saved on your own device so they can be read without a signal. They stay on your device and are removed if you delete the app.
The free trial, monthly subscription and one-time purchase are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment card or billing details. The app only asks Apple or Google whether your account has an active purchase, so it can unlock the listings.
If you tap a hotel's website, phone number or directions, the app opens that website, your phone's dialer or your maps app. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Next Exit is a general-audience travel app and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
